All returns must be reported within 24 hours after customers receive their ordered products. The products must be in impeccable condition, with all the seals and packaging accessories unopened & in a resealable condition.  

If the return request is accepted by Suncity Engineering Bangladesh, then the client will have to pay the delivery fee plus the difference (if any) for the new product that will be shipped to them.  

In the case of defective products, please make sure that the product remains inside its original packaging. If a product is defective or found incorrect on arrival then Motorparts Bangladesh will bear all shipping costs.  

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods
